Horizontal Thermal Oil Steam Generator

Model / Series WLE（卧式 / Horizontal）

A tube-bundle and drum assembly produces saturated steam from circulating thermal oil. Steam generation is 2–8 t/h.

The generator comprises a tube bundle and drum. A pump circulates hot thermal oil through the tubes at the required flow, inlet temperature, inlet pressure and velocity. Heat passes to water outside the tubes to produce saturated steam, while continuous oil circulation supports continuous steam supply.

Tube-bundle heat exchange

Thermal oil flows inside the tubes and drum water evaporates outside.

Continuous circulation and steam supply

Recirculated oil supports continuous saturated-steam supply.
