Vertical Thermal Oil Steam Generator

Model / Series WLE（立式 / Vertical）

Multilayer circular coils indirectly heat water with thermal oil. Steam generation is 0.1–2 t/h.

A hot-oil pump feeds multilayer circular coils. Heat passes through the tube walls to surrounding water, and cooled oil returns to the heater. Softened water enters at the bottom through a multistage pump; steam passes through submerged and steam-distribution perforated plates to a steam header for process use.

Coil heat exchange

Thermal oil circulates inside the coils while water absorbs heat outside.

Softened-water feed

The generator uses softened water supplied by a multistage pump.
