DZL Chain-Grate Coal/Biomass Pellet Steam Boiler

Model / Series DZL

A horizontal three-pass water/fire-tube chain-grate boiler, with evaporation of 1–10 t/h and design efficiency 78.9–84.7%.

A single longitudinal drum contains threaded smoke tubes forming the convective surface; the drum and side water walls form the radiant surface. A lightweight chain grate can be selected to suit fuel size and heating value. Packaged delivery and electrical controls provide stepless grate speed, limit alarms and interlocks.

Hot gas enters side flues from the rear, then passes through the front smokebox into the drum's threaded smoke tubes. Applicable fuels are class II/III bituminous coal and biomass pellets.

Design and features

Split packaged delivery

Upper and lower sections facilitate transport and on-site assembly.

Water-level and overpressure protection

Three electrode level gauges at the top and sides interlock the draft fans; spring-loaded full-lift safety valves are provided.

Grate and air chambers

Stepless speed matches fuel characteristics; independent air chambers distribute combustion air.

Inspection access

Drum manholes and furnace access doors support inspection and maintenance.
