Vertical Chain-Grate Thermal Oil Boiler

The YLL series uses circular and top coils to protect the furnace roof and improve heat utilization. Fuel burns in the furnace and transfers radiant heat through the coil walls. Flue gas then turns into the convective tube banks, releases heat and exits through the tail-end heating surfaces and chimney.

The chain grate and body are dispatched separately. Fuel feeding, ventilation by forced- and induced-draft fans, and slag removal are mechanical. Fuel drops onto the grate; gas is reflected by the rear arch toward the front, passes radiant and convective surfaces, then the waste-heat boiler, air preheater and dust collector before chimney discharge.

Split packaged construction

The body and grate are transported as upper and lower sections and assembled on site.

Independent air chambers

Independent air chambers distribute combustion air along the grate.

Stepless speed control

Stepless grate-speed adjustment matches fuel characteristics and supports combustion regulation.

Closely arranged coils

Top coils cover the furnace end; multilayer coils are secured by welded round steel, with inner coils absorbing radiant heat.
