Model / Series YDW

Electric heating bundles heat thermal oil circulated to process equipment. Outputs span 9–2400 kW, with efficiency ≥98%.

The YDW series uses thermal oil to provide high-temperature heat at low operating pressure. Bundled stainless-steel electric heating tubes are available in explosion-proof configurations.

Heating, controls, circulation, oil/gas separation and replenishment/expansion systems are integrated on one skid. A hot-oil pump supplies one or more heat users; the oil then returns for reheating and recirculation.

Design and features

316L heating bundle

316L stainless-steel elements support corrosion resistance, conversion efficiency and service life.

Interlocks and pressure relief

Circulation-pump interlocks, flow monitoring and remote transmission, pipeline explosion protection, supply/return temperature indication and transmission, power switching and a hot-oil bypass relief circuit.

Automatic control and communications

Microcomputer control or optional PLC with RS485, automatic temperature regulation, reserved DCS interface, remote app monitoring and flow, pressure and temperature interlocks; unattended operation can be configured.

Electrical controls and packaging

An isolated control cabinet supports component life. Electrical components include OMRON, FUJI, TE, LG, MOELLER, ABB, SIEMENS and JUMO. The inspected boiler is packaged for transport and commissioning.
