Industrial Waste Heat Boiler Series

Model / Series Waste Heat Boiler Series

Flue-gas heat recovery for carbon, cement, glass, chemical, steel, coking and hazardous-waste incineration applications.

Flue-gas heat recovery for carbon, cement, glass, chemical, steel, coking and hazardous-waste incineration applications.

Carbon Kiln Waste-Heat Boiler

Dust-laden gas passes slag-screen tubes, a superheater, convective banks and a steel-tube economizer. The slag screen is formed by widening the spacing of the front water-wall tubes. The horizontally suspended superheater has high- and low-temperature sections with intermediate attemperation.

In-line convective banks and baffles increase gas velocity and crossflow heat transfer. Serpentine economizer tubes are staggered in crossflow. A membrane-wall partition in the middle of the water-cooling system adds surface and improves sealing. The compact design occupies less space than traditional carbon-kiln waste heat boilers.

Staged superheating and attemperation

The horizontally suspended superheater has high/low-temperature sections and intermediate attemperation.

Membrane-wall partition

Adds heating surface while improving sealing and safety.

Cement Kiln Waste-Heat Power Boiler

According to kiln type, scale, process and equipment, high-, medium- and low-temperature waste heat boilers are available for cement lines producing 100–10000 t/d.

Available layouts include vertical, horizontal and combined vertical/horizontal arrangements with forced or natural circulation. Design considerations address air leakage, wear and ash accumulation in varied cement-kiln exhaust conditions.

Cement-line daily production : 100–10000 t/d

Multiple circulation and layout options

Vertical, horizontal and combined layouts with forced or natural circulation.

Cement-kiln gas accommodation

Design addresses air leakage, erosion and ash buildup.

Float Glass Furnace Waste-Heat Boiler

The boiler uses a transverse single drum in a vertical natural-circulation water-tube arrangement with an inverted-U layout. The design addresses structural and operating issues of traditional heat-pipe waste-heat boilers, with straightforward operation and maintenance.

It serves float-glass furnace lines fired with heavy oil or natural gas. Medium-based variants include glass-kiln waste-heat steam and hot-water boilers.

Output medium: Steam, hot water

Fuels of applicable furnace lines: Heavy oil, natural gas

Inverted-U natural circulation

Vertical water-tube boiler with a transverse single drum and natural circulation.

Chemical Three-Waste Co-Firing Waste-Heat Boiler

Three-waste co-firing and blow-gas heat-recovery boilers are offered in vertical and tunnel-kiln horizontal natural-circulation layouts, matched as a system with the respective furnaces.

This integration combines two coal inputs and two furnaces into one, as an energy-recovery approach for the chemical industry.

Waste streams: Waste gas, waste liquid, waste solids

Integrated furnace matching

Integrated with three-waste co-firing and blow-gas furnaces.

Steelmaking Waste-Heat Power Boiler

Designed for sinter-cooler flue-gas heat recovery in steelmaking, addressing ash buildup, wear and air leakage while accommodating variations in gas temperature and dust loading. The waste heat power-generation process requires no primary energy input.

Medium-based variants include sinter-cooler waste-heat steam and hot-water boilers.

Output medium: Steam, hot water

Sinter-cooler heat recovery

Uses existing flue-gas heat, with structural provisions for ash buildup, erosion and leakage.

Coking Waste-Heat Recovery Boiler

Coking exhaust temperatures range from 550–900°C. Both horizontal and vertical boiler layouts are available.

Coke-oven gas burns inside or outside the waste-heat boiler, then mixes with coking exhaust to form hot flue gas that enters the boiler and produces steam at rated parameters.

Coking exhaust temperature : 550–900 °C

Combustion and mixed-gas heat recovery

Burned coke-oven gas mixes with coking exhaust to supply heat to the boiler.

Hazardous-Waste Incineration Waste-Heat Boiler

The waste-heat boiler uses exhaust heat from hazardous-, medical- and other waste-incineration equipment to produce steam at rated parameters.

Waste burns in the furnace, followed by secondary combustion assisted by a burner, spray dust removal and chimney discharge. The associated incinerator combines pretreatment, incineration, smoke treatment/dust removal and auxiliary ignition systems, integrating feeding, screening, drying/incineration, ash removal, dust collection and automatic control.

Associated incinerator waste streams: Hazardous waste, medical waste and related wastes

Incinerator heat recovery

Recovers heat from incinerator outlet gas to generate steam.

Page-level vertical schematic features

The vertical schematic labels membrane water walls, a large-section chamber, shock-wave and acoustic sootblowing, double-stage airlocks at ash hoppers, modular steel-tube economizers and spiral-finned main heating surfaces.

Structures and auxiliary equipment

Shared page-level waste-heat equipment description

The page illustrates a single longitudinal drum in a horizontal modular layout. Gas passes spiral-finned evaporator tubes and an economizer; the enclosure is seal-welded. Drum water capacity helps stabilize steam parameters under gas-flow fluctuations, and ND-steel economizer surfaces resist local low-temperature corrosion. Applicability of this shared structure depends on the project.

Shared page-level auxiliary systems

The page lists water treatment/feedwater, steam or hot water, flue gas, blowdown, controls, gas cleaning and ash removal. Equipment includes softening/demineralization, deaerator, feed pump/tank, ammonia/chemical dosing, ducts/valves, induced-draft fan/chimney, continuous/intermittent blowdown, sampling/silencing, conventional/PLC/DCS controls, dust collection, desulfurization, denitrification and ash handling.
