Research, Development and Qualifications

YINENG BOILER has three R&D centers and 60 professionals with intermediate or higher professional titles, including 15 with senior titles. All designs use 3D design software, with specialist boiler-design EDA software used to optimize product designs. The workflow combines digital design calculations, standardized production management and information-based after-sales service.

The company maintains long-term cooperation with Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, the Shanghai Industrial Boiler Research Institute and other universities and research institutes. Its in-house boiler design and R&D capabilities include invention and utility model patent technologies relating to combustion, heat transfer and boiler structures.

The company holds 16 invention patents and 39 software copyrights, with research spanning boiler combustion, heat transfer and structural design.

The company’s capabilities cover Grade A boiler design, manufacturing and installation and Grade A2 pressure vessel design and manufacturing. It has obtained second-tier material supplier admission qualifications for China National Petroleum Corporation and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation.

Qualifications and certifications obtained by the company include a Special Equipment Production License and ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management certification.
